Ecosystem Coordinator- Nakuru

Job Description / Summary

Qualifications:

– A degree or relevant working experience in a similar field.
– Experience in Mental Health, HIV, and Sexual Reproductive Health (SRH) programming, whether in clinical or program settings.
– 2-3 years of working experience in a similar area.
– Salesforce experience is a plus.

- Brilliant interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team.
- Problem solver, with the ability to innovate and improve the way that work is done.

- Responding to questions asked by actors across ecosystems via phone, internet and other sources.
- Ensuring that branding has been done correctly at each actor, and providing support where you identify compliance issues.
- Coordinating activities with other field teams to ensure work runs smoothly and effectively.
- Identifying, preventing and responding to, and mitigating any kind of fraud in any ecosystem that you work in.
- Mapping and setting up new Tiko ecosystems and finding and contracting all new actors
