These AI Tool Terms apply when you use any AI-powered cover-letter, application-assistance, job-summary, or similar tool on Jobz Kenya.

1. Purpose of the Tool

The AI tool is designed to provide drafting assistance, sample wording, and general application guidance. It does not guarantee job success, employer response, or suitability for a specific role.

2. User Responsibility

You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying any AI-generated output before using it. Do not submit generated content to an employer without checking accuracy, tone, role fit, and truthfulness.

3. No Professional Advice

AI-generated content is not legal, HR, immigration, career, financial, or professional advice. It is general drafting support only.

4. Information You Submit

Only provide information necessary to generate the requested output. Avoid submitting sensitive personal data, identification numbers, financial details, health information, passwords, confidential employer information, or information about third parties unless necessary and lawful.

5. Accuracy and Bias

AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, repetitive, or biased. You should independently verify job details, employer information, application instructions, and any factual claims before use.

6. Third-Party AI Providers

Where the tool relies on third-party AI or infrastructure providers, submitted information may be processed by those providers to deliver the requested output. The Privacy Policy should identify relevant processors and transfer details before publication.

7. Prohibited Uses

  • Do not use the tool to create false qualifications, fake experience, or misleading applications.
  • Do not submit unlawful, abusive, discriminatory, confidential, or infringing content.
  • Do not use the tool to impersonate another person.
  • Do not attempt to reverse engineer, overload, or misuse the tool.

8. Retention

We aim to retain AI tool submissions only for as long as necessary to provide the tool, maintain security, troubleshoot issues, or comply with law. A specific retention period should be confirmed before publication.
